Overseas Refinery Major Turnaround Project – Technical Services
The project involved a major scheduled turnaround of an overseas refinery, covering multiple process units and associated utility facilities. The work required close coordination across several technical disciplines and had to be completed within a highly concentrated execution period.
Tianjin Zhonghai Engineering Management Consultation Co., Ltd. assigned professional technical personnel to support equipment inspection, maintenance coordination, quality control and on-site HSE management. The service team assisted with the inspection and maintenance of key process equipment, technical problem assessment, construction interface coordination and the implementation of corrective measures.
During the turnaround, particular attention was given to high-risk activities, equipment integrity, work quality, schedule control and safe execution. The team also supported testing, commissioning and start-up preparation to help ensure that the units were returned to operation in an orderly manner.
