Large-Scale Offshore Oil and Gas Facility Project – PMC Services

The project involved the fabrication and delivery of a large-scale offshore oil and gas production facility for an international energy development. The facility forms part of an integrated offshore production system and is designed to collect offshore crude oil and associated gas before transferring them to onshore facilities for further processing.

Tianjin Zhonghai Engineering Management Consultation Co., Ltd. participated in the project by providing PMC services during the fabrication stage. The service team supported project coordination and implementation, with a focus on multidisciplinary interface management, construction progress, quality control, QHSE compliance and related on-site activities.
