Oilfield Infrastructure Projects in Iraq – PMC Services

A multidisciplinary PMC team was deployed to support a portfolio of oilfield infrastructure projects in Iraq. The services covered design review, procurement coordination, construction management, interface management and on-site QHSE supervision across multiple engineering disciplines.

Tianjin Zhonghai Engineering Management Consultation Co., Ltd. supported the implementation of water supply, pipeline, terminal upgrade and other associated oilfield facility projects. Key activities included reviewing engineering documents and drawings, tracking procurement and material delivery, coordinating construction interfaces, and monitoring quality, schedule, safety and contractor performance.

Through integrated coordination of engineering, procurement, construction and QHSE activities, the PMC team helped resolve technical and site issues, strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and support the safe and orderly implementation of the projects.
