The project involved the construction of a large-scale advanced materials production facility, including production installations, supporting utilities, and associated infrastructure. The team prepared the supervision plan, defined responsibilities and working procedures, and maintained regular communication and reporting with the client.

During implementation, the supervision team monitored construction quality, progress, safety, and contractual compliance, reviewed technical and management documents, and coordinated issues among the participating parties. Regular reports were submitted to keep the client informed of project status, key issues, and required follow-up actions.
