Staying True to the Mission of Safety Supervision, Building a Fortress for Project Safety – Our Company's Series of Activities During Work Safety Month Solidly Implemented
Safety is the bottom line and lifeline of engineering construction, and supervision constitutes the core line of defence for on-site safety control. To implement the Company's work safety deployment, consolidate the safety responsibilities of all personnel, and reinforce the foundation for safe project construction, during the 2026 "Work Safety Month", our Company closely followed the theme of "Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response – Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hazards". Combining this with the practicalities of the supervision industry, we carried out a series of substantive activities, rigorously strengthening safety education, hazard inspection, emergency drills, and other measures, to resolutely uphold the safety bottom line of engineering works and ensure that the safety production situation across all ongoing projects remains stable and positive.
I. Elevating Strategic Awareness and Making Thorough Safety Arrangements
To ensure the orderly implementation of Safety Month activities, the Company placed high importance on the initiative and made advance preparations. We organised all staff to study laws, regulations, industry standards and other relevant requirements regarding work safety. We clarified activity objectives, work tasks, and post responsibilities, requiring all supervision personnel to firmly uphold the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost" and to exercise strict safety control throughout the entire construction process. Each project department, taking into account the specific characteristics of its respective works, formulated tailored activity plans, detailing measures for safety education, hazard inspection, emergency drills, and other initiatives, and progressively assigned safety responsibilities at each level to ensure that the activities delivered tangible and practical results.
II. Enhancing Safety Education and Awareness to Consolidate the Ideological Foundation for All Staff
To reinforce the safety awareness of all personnel, each project department adopted multiple approaches to carry out safety publicity and education. Through activities such as viewing Work Safety Month promotional videos, conducting safety training sessions, presenting accident case studies, and delivering on-site briefings, we focused on key hazardous areas including deep excavations, high-formwork systems, hoisting operations, tower crane erection and dismantling, and scaffolding works. We disseminated knowledge of safety codes, risk points, and emergency response procedures. By analysing typical accident cases and screening safety warning videos, we used real incidents as warnings to drive corrective actions, embedding safety concepts deep into the minds of all staff.
Concurrently, at construction sites, we reinforced this effort by hanging banners, displaying posters, distributing safety manuals, conducting pre-shift safety briefings, and organising safety knowledge assessments and competitions. These activities fostered a strong atmosphere of safety awareness and compliance among all personnel, ensured that safety principles were thoroughly internalised, and effectively enhanced both the professional performance of supervision staff and the safety vigilance of construction workers.
