COEMC has successfully delivered supervision services in five professional fields: building construction, petrochemical engineering, port and waterway engineering, municipal engineering and power engineering. We have provided engineering supervision in Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Shanxi, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Hainan and Sichuan. Our project portfolio covers more than ten coastal and inland provinces and municipalities, supported by mature engineering supervision capabilities.

For offshore oil and gas, onshore oil and gas, and oil and gas utilization projects, the company provides safety consulting, engineering design, professional staffing and information technology services. In cooperation with leading universities, we have established information technology teams that deliver system development, mobile application development, explosion-proof equipment research and development, project management training and other integrated solutions.

The company provides engineering cost consulting and full-process cost management services, including project estimates, economic evaluations, budgets and final accounts, bills of quantities, tender control prices and bid quotations, as well as progress payment review, contract cost management, cost information consulting, investment control, EPC cost management and full-process cost audits. We deliver lifecycle cost control solutions for project owners.

Our engineering services focus on the design, production and installation of visual identification systems. Supported by our identification research and production base in the Lingang Industrial Area of Tianjin Binhai New Area, we provide signage production and installation, 3D printing, model production, advertising design and VI design services for engineering projects, industrial parks, corporate exhibitions and site management.

Our domestic and international trade business serves energy engineering, industrial manufacturing and project construction. We provide product procurement, resource integration, import and export trade, supply chain coordination and related supporting services for equipment, materials and ancillary products. Drawing on industry resources and project delivery experience, we continue to expand domestic and international markets and provide stable, efficient and compliant trade support.
